Pastor Foor has thirty-four years of experience as a Church leader, including roles as a youth pastor, associate pastor and senior pastor, adjunct seminary professor, seminar leader, and college administrator. He also has expertise in public speaking and small group presentations, building, managing and motivating staff, administration and overall ability to cast and implement vision for an organization.
In his leadership roles, Pastor Foor has effectively used an empowering, participatory management style that encourages accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and results.

Aaron Foor - Associate Pastor

Aaron Foor has lived in Big Bear since 2005 when he started serving at our church. He began his career in ministry in 1996 training in teaching and leading worship and working in many areas of the church from children's and youth ministry to worship and video production.
Aaron has been married to his wife, Emily - who runs the nursery at our church, for twelve years. Together they have have four children, Noah, Haley, Allison, and Asher. As a family, they enjoy camping together. Aaron and Emily love living in Big Bear and raising their kids in this wonderful community.
Aaron enjoys the fresh air of our mountain town, the outdoors in general and playing golf. He also loves snowboarding and is always anxious for the next snow season. Aaron strives to utilize his involvement in activities like these, especially those where our youth have interest, to minister to God's people on a daily basis.

Donna McClintock - Assistant to the Pastor

Donna moved to Big Bear in 1989 and began attending our church in 1991. A year later, she started her involvement in our ministry. She has three children; one daughter, Carlye; two sons, Cory and Michael; one daughter-in-law Danielle, who is married to Cory; and one granddaughter, Ellie. They live in Washington and Carlye and Michael live in Long Beach and Fullerton.
Donna has 19 years of experience working with children, youth, worship, and of course the on-the-job training from working in a church office for 18 years. She enjoys singing and music immensely. She sings with the church worship team and with an a cappella group locally. She loves movies, concerts, Disneyland, going new places and cooking, mostly spicy foods. Donna also enjoys driving - just going somewhere for the drive - as well as hanging out with her family and friends at home or anywhere else. Donna really loves Big Bear and her church. It is her home.

Ingrid Olsen - Children's Director

Ingrid has lived in Big Bear Lake since 2004. She has been with us for 4 years and in ministry for 25. Her husband, Devan, of 29 years is a Special Ed teacher at Patton State Hospital. Together they have two daughters. Ingrid has 25 years experience working with youth, including grade school, junior high, and high school students. She loves to play the piano and guitar, sing and write music. She also likes decorating, working in the yard, and last, but not least, making paper mache sculptures.

Beverly has been attending Community church for 20 years. She has worked with preschoolers for 44 years, about 18 years at our church. She has been married to her husband, Jay, for 40 years. They were blessed with 2 children, Amber and Aaron, and 6 grand children and a new one on the way in January 2011.
Beverly has been through several years of self study programs on child development and learning styles in Kansas, yearly weekend conferences for children's ministries workers also in Kansas, and a week long summer camp in New Mexico. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids, crafts, quilting, sewing, bike riding, reading, traveling.
